Since its beginning in 1972, McAdoo Rugs has prided itself on
superior customer service.

Questions about colors? Want to match your fabric or paint? We are happy to mail individual colors of yarn samples at no charge.
Rug need cleaning or repairs? Please ship it to:

McAdoo Rugs
One Pleasant Street
North Bennington, VT 05257

We will return it looking like new for a reasonable fee.

RETURN POLICY

You may return rugs purchased at McAdoo Rugs within 30 days of the original delivery for merchandise credit.

Purchases may also be exchanged within 30 days.

NO CASH or CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be issued.

We will pay the return shipping costs and issue a refund only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

McAdoo Rugs insists on making sure each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, and within reason, will make every attempt at resolution before a credit is issued.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We will issue you store credit within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.

All Custom orders are not returnable.
